Me and my family had a great stay !! My customer service was Peak , I was helped by a young lady named Alana from front desk , she was so helpful and attentive personally my experience wouldn’t have been good without her . I recommend her if you decided to book here
Check in was smooth. All staff encountered were friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Jaiden for going the extra mile to ensure my stay was great. Excellent location. Hotel was clean. Rooms were comfortable. Nice breakfast.

I always stay at the Hampton Inn. But this one, Oh my Goodness!!! Absolutely the best!!!! Location and the property out of this world.. at least from me. Definitely a big 10 on my part..
A group of us had business nearby and called last minute to secure rooms for everyone and make sure that we had everything we needed to work in the evenings, etc. John was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Checkin was easy and the rooms were very, very nice and positioned close to each other so our group could interact in the evenings. Lisa was also amazing and helped us locate food at odd hours, arranged transportation, etc. Between John, Lisa, and the rest of their staff—the customer service was just outstanding and they were a pleasure to work with. The rooms were very nice- clean, comfortable and even had nice views. Breakfast was also great! In short, we would absolutely stay there again!!!! Please also note that we spent the previous week in another local hotel - the Hampton was head and shoulders above it and absolutely a 5 star experience!!!!
This is the best Hampton inn I’ve ever stayed in! We were visiting chateau Elan for my birthday and decided to save some money by spending the night here instead of resort. There is a free shuttle that takes you anywhere on the property - huuuge help! But, the winery is only a 5-10 minute walk away whether you walk on the driveway or through the vines. Nancy was incredibly helpful during check in and even gave us a free bottle of Chateau Elan wine (of our choice) for my birthday! That was such a nice touch!
